Today’s featured project is East Village Apartments located in Downtown Kansas City, MO. This 50 unit tax credit project was to serve as the first phase of a multi-block development aimed at attracting a live/work environment to one of the last remaining undeveloped edges of the downtown district.
East Village Apartments was the recipient of the 2013 Kansas City EDC Cornerstone Award for Residential Building.
Interesting Fact:
Pendulum was also responsible for the master plan and design standards associated with the entire eight-block development district known as “East Village” owned by Swope Community Builders.
