Today’s featured project is Athletic Park located in Wausau, WI. This master planned multi-phased project is a major renovation of an existing ballpark. The project scope included a complete replacement and reconfiguration of the home plate grandstand, new main entry, new ticketing pavilion, premium group seating, and press box.
Interesting Fact:
Athletic Park was originally constructed in 1936 as a Works Progress Administration (WPA) project under President Franklin D. Roosevelt’s “New Deal”.
